After-hours and Weekends
A physician is always available on call. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go directly to the Emergency Department. For phone questions, call your Family Medicine's office at (208) 706-2200 and you will be connected to the on-call physician.

What is Family Medicine?
Family Medicine doctors are trained to care for patients of all ages, from infancy through the end of life. We promote the concept of a Medical Home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a personal physician coordinating care for both wellness and illness.  We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your health care impacts your life.

St. Luke’s Family Medicine physicians diagnose and treat most medical issues, from infections and sprains to diabetes and asthma. We also specialize in preventive care to help you create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. And when your condition requires a specialist, we can coordinate your care with other physicians and can help you navigate your way through today’s health care.

Our Medical Providers

	Robert Franklin, DO, earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, and completed his residency at the Family Practice Residency of Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, a Pennsylvania State University affiliate. His interests include all aspects of family medicine from babies to grandparents.
	Toby Davis, DO, earned his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, and completed his residency at McKay-Dee Family Medicine Residency in Ogden, Utah. In addition to family medicine, his interests include weight loss and nutrition, Osteopathic manipulation, sports medicine, and autism spectrum disorders.

Your Appointment
We try to stay on time, as a courtesy to you and others. Since paperwork may take a few minutes, please arrive early. As emergencies do occur, there may be occasions when your appointment time will be delayed. We will always try to keep you informed in the event of a delay, and will be happy to reschedule your appointment, if you prefer. We ask that you respect the appointment time we have reserved for you, and call 24 hours ahead to cancel or change appointments so that others may be helped during that time.

Communication with your provider is extremely important. It may be helpful for you to write down questions for your doctor or nurse practitioner prior to your visit. Bring a list of medications and the dosages, or bring the bottles with you.

Make sure you understand any instructions you are given. If clarification is needed, review your instructions with the provider or medical assistant before you leave. If you aren’t doing well after your visit, we want to hear from you. Our goal is to improve your health.

Insurance Plans
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, in-state Medicaid, Tricare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and others.

Medication Refills
Talk with your provider at each visit to be sure your prescriptions are up to date. For refills, contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will then contact our office for verification and approval. For patient safety, narcotics cannot be refilled outside of office hours. Talk with your provider before your prescription runs out, and please allow 48 hours for refills.
